I had a pleasure speaking with Scott I had a lot of questions I didn't understand a lot of things he took his time to listen and explain and I never felt rushed with that I say if you're going to get somebody to represent you let it they listen they don't rush you and if they say they're going to contact you they do exactly that it was a pleasure

Jessica was wonderful. She listened carefully, took notes, got the info she meeded and was prompt in her followup legal advice.

Hi I had the pleasure of working with Scott. My advice would be, make a list of things you would like to ask. Scott has a great ear BUT it would help him help you if you knew what you needed. Don’t let it stop you from calling to make a appointment with this group. My experience was more than pleasurable. I’m just saying, tap into your needs so you can express yourself properly. I’m looking forward to working with Scott again.

SCAM BE CAREFUL. We like all of you look at reviews to help decide important things. One being what lawyer to pick. This office is NOT who you want and I’ll tell you why. 1. They do not allow you to talk to “your” lawyer. He will always be “in court”. 2. Their fees are steep. 3. The contract states it’s by the hour but the person you speak with tells you it’s “one flat fee” 4. When you fire them they will not give your new legal team your file. 5. They e- filed our documents that we did for them for guardianship and the only other thing they needed to do was also bring the original copy to the courthouse. They did not! Now the scam if you’re interested. When you contact them and set up an appointment they link you up with a guy I’ll call “the closer”. His whole job is to show empathy and “hear you”. You’ll feel GREAT. He talked to us and told us his ex wife was just like this and that we are going to treat this case special. He listened and allowed us to explain what is going on. He said they would love to represent us. He said it’s a flat fee and that if it’s contested it would be 2x as much but again a flat fee. Spending over 10k should not be taken lightly. The contract said it was hourly. When we emailed about it he said “they recently changed the contract and he hadn’t read it fully but ensured us it is a flat fee for the initial cost (over 5k keep in mind). This was a red flag but he stated that putting it in email would be enough to prove that it is. We were able to speak to the lawyer once for under 30 min. We were set up with appointments and they would never call us. We arranged our work and time around being available and they would have “conflicts”. When we showed increased concern they would have the closer call us and calm us down. They did nothing for our case but hinder us. We ended up firing them and the lawyer called us within an hour. Once we got new counsel she reached out to them for the file and they said they would provide it but she has not gotten it or gotten a human on the phone. This is their MO. They ghost you and hinder your case. They promised us a detailed bill and a refund and we have yet to get that. The court cannot move forward with our case until we hand deliver the paperwork but the time to do so has expired and we have to do it all over again. My hope is they read this and finally do their job. If not I plan to post more negative reviews.
