Corderell was extremely professional throughout the entire court process. I was falsely arrested for a ticket due to an error of the courts and had been fighting the case for about 3 or 4 years. When I contacted him, he immediately jumped into action to thoroughly investigate the circumstances. He only had a few weeks to prepare my case (I had to fire my current lawyer), but that didn’t stop him from giving my case the attention many lawyers would not give. I never felt judged by Corderell and he explained every step of the process to me. I highly recommend Corderell and will always contact him first for any legal advice.

Troy did a great job helping me during a real estate transaction. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He also was accessible and if I had any questions, he quickly responded to them. I work with Troy Refuge on two issues. The first is still not complete and I have to continually ask him for updates instead of him taking the initiative to see it through to the end. The second issue he provided me with no value. He was supposed to review a lease and integrate terms from another document into the lease and provide me a draft redlined copy that I could provide to a commercial landlord. Instead, he provided me some notes on a new document. I assume they were good notes but my real estate agent would not touch them. He said it's a legal document, which is why I hired a LAWYER to make the changes. I tried to explain this to Troy and was willing to pay extra for him to do the job correctly. I called to offer feedback on the service i had been receiving and before I could do so, he started off by being defensive and said he does not need the money and does not have to work with me. This attorney possibly knows his field but in the end, I hire an attorney to make my life easier and to provide me with sensible advice and options, not to robotically do things that are not really valuable. Hopefully he can learn to take feedback in the future and improve his practice.
