Recently I was helped by Calvin Bomar at the Bomar Law Firm concerning how to handle the proceeds from the sale of our condo. The condo was owned jointly by my wife, my son, and myself. We needed tax advice and legal advice quickly. Mr Bomar was very professional, cordial, and knowledgeable and he did indeed respond quickly with the answers we needed to know concerning how to distribute the proceeds of the sale as well as how to best minimize our tax liability related to the sale.
