I’ve been having problems with my employer and an incorrect W2. I used the text feature on their website for advice and they responded with in the hour (on a holiday I might add). Very helpful and very professional.

When the IRS began sending us notices in the mail that we owed more money after working with them for over two years to successfully pay off our balance from years past, we knew we could no longer try to rectify it on our own. After over two years of getting absolutely nowhere with the IRS, wasting time, energy, and the countless hours on the phone (and on hold) with IRS representatives who ultimately could not explain how the IRS system algorithm came up with what we still (supposedly) owed, we finally decided it was time to “lawyer up.” Bomar and Associates did a fantastic job helping us sort through the mounds of paperwork and come to a final solution to finally end this years-long nightmare. It took an additional 13 months to sort out (would have been longer had we not had legal representation), but Calvin and his Associates were patient and direct with us. Having previously worked for the IRS himself, it was helpful to hear from Calvin how the IRS system works (or, in my experience, doesn’t work) and was able to offer effective solutions and guidance. The final result was confirmation that that we owed a zero balance to the IRS on our transcripts from each of our tax years dating back to 2014 and finally received a refund from the IRS in what *they* owed *us*, rather than the other way around. SUCCESS!! We also hired Bomar and Associates to handle our taxes since my husband is in the military and had been deployed (somewhat complicating our situation) to ensure we would not fall into another “supposed” IRS-owed situation. So if you should find yourself in need of legal counsel on matters related to the IRS, or just want a competent professional to submit your taxes, I highly recommend Bomar and Associates!
