I’m really impressed with Bomar Law Firm. I had a consultation on the phone yesterday with Calvin Bomar and he was extremely helpful and efficient. He was able to get down to the bottom of my tax issue with in 5 minutes of me sending the information he requested. He advised me on how to proceed and how Bomar Law Firm can help if I’m unable to resolve the issue with the IRS. I would definitely recommend them in future.

We were introduced to Charlie Shah from the Bomar Law Firm by our corporate attorney when we contacted him about the state of Alabama notifying us that they were doing an audit of two of our companies. We knew that we had done nothing illegal or unethical but were concerned because we also knew that our bookkeeping records were not maintained the way they should have been and could imply that we had under-reported income or overstated expenses.
