This Law Firm has proven time and time again that they are in this to help families. From the moment I meant the Attorney I knew he was the one for us. After 2 failed attempts at finding the right Attorney. Initially things did not work out in our favor but Mr. Diaz and his staff have continued with our case and we are still fighting. The honesty and integrity of Mr. Diaz and the entire staff give me comfort knowing that they are on our side. They don't give you false hope just to take your money, they lay it all on the table. Immigration legal issues are very difficult but if anyone can help its these guys.

I worked opposite Mr. Gaeta in what should have been a simple child support case. Mr. Gaeta often refused to respond to emails, on two separate occasions he did not appear in court for a scheduled hearing, he failed to sign an agreement for his client that his client had entered into, and at trial he failed to request an interpreter in advance causing my client and myself to sit around the courtroom for hours waiting on an interpreter to arrive. Oftentimes Mr. Gaeta blamed his failure to properly handle his case on his assistant, saying she didn’t do this or that or she was on leave. Because of how Mr. Gaeta has handled this case this case has taken a year to resolve when it should have taken at most 6 months.
