Our Attorney at the Roth Firm in Atlanta was Richard Bentley and he and his Paralegals were excellent from the start of the case until it concluded. They did a fine job of educating me on the entire litigation process. I highly recommend the Roth Firm.

I have worked with Jacob about 3 times and I am very pleased with the outcome.It takes about a year to get your settlement back but it is worth the wait.I would highly recommend this law firm!They are very professional and good at what they do.

The Roth Firm! Words cannot express how this firm went above and beyond the call of duty. Particularly Torrey Rainey which did an amazing job with my property damage claim. Long story short on 7/25/17 I was hit by a DUI drunk driver, my vehicle was totaled my personal possessions in my car was stolen and my life changed forever! Torrey met me at the hospital to discuss all my options...he was nice, and very knowledgeable about my rights! He started working immediately getting me the necessary care that I needed for my injuries and a vehicle to drive until my claim was resolved. The at fault Insurance company was the worst they continued to give us the run around but Torrey stayed in communication with me nearly every day whether it was a phone call or a follow up email ! He physically went and picked up my settlement. As a single mother it was hard loosing transportation, taking time off and replacing items I worked years for...Let’s just say Torrey recouped all my monies and I also had a really large amount left over to deposit into my children’s college savings! The Roth Firm will always be my first point of contact for any legal issues I may have! God forbid that I have another accident but if I do Torrey will be my first call.
