I had an initial consultation regarding concerns about our HOA management company being unethical and discussed potential ways/options we could be proactive with further flooding on our property, as it has already flooded to our homes foundation. The land behind our home is for sale and we were told by both a grading company and landscape management company if someone builds, it could cause further flooding regardless of how we attempt to mitigate due to being in wetlands. We were seeing what options we have to notify seller/potential buyer that we have an issue already to avoid cuasing a potential lawsuit later if the flooding increases/causes additional damage or what options were recommended to us for this issue. During the call, I essentially felt like they expected me to know the options I had and essentially made me feel stupid for wanting to address such concerns. He talked as if he was above me the entire call. If I purse further, I will not be using Thrift McLemore.

I am absolutely beyond satisfied with the team at Thrift McLemore. They were able to quickly recover funds that my loan servicing provider refused to distribute for over a year. They promptly collected all the pertinent information regarding my claim immediately after I contacted them and went directly to work to recover the funds. Craig and Michael kept me informed of their progress throughout the entire process. I had fought with the servicing company and consulted several other attorneys for over a year without making any progress. Within 6 weeks the team at Thrift McLemore resolved any and all legal requirements associated with the broken title chain and had the servicing company release my funds.
