I engaged Mark in my capacity as an exec at a growing online business and he represented our interests exceptionally well. Mark is an attentive listener, sharp thinker, and is easy to work with, but most importantly he achieved a great outcome for us. Mark is a sophisticated attorney and clearly has a strong command of the law, but it doesn’t come at the expense of clarity. He has a knack for explaining legal concepts in concise terms that are easy to follow.
