I didn't know of a lawyer in Cobb County, much less one who specialized in this type case. So I used Google and started calling around. I was highly skeptical. Most law firms have answering machines, gatekeepers, secretaries. But at this firm, a knowledgeable person answered the phone - even though it was after hours. They walked me through the process, gave me guidance, and immediately put me in direct contact with the lawyer. Rather than just pleading out the case like most lawyers would do, Richard gave me specific instructions to follow (which was a pain in the butt) while he gathered all the evidence. His guidance meant we’d both be ready for whatever might happen. In the end, Richard informed me of all my risks and options, and then he negotiated for what I believe was the best outcome. I am 100% satisfied with his services.
