Quiero expresar mi agradecimento, el de mi esposa y mi familia, a la abogada Shirley Zambrano, su equipo de trabajo y el buffet de Kuck/Baxter, por su dedicacion, conocimiento de las leyes y procesos de inmigracion y profesionalismo en su trabajo, pues nos ayudaron y trabajaron, en un cambio de estado migratorio, por medio de una peticion familiar para mi esposa y para mi, desde la primera consulta con la abogada, ella nos contesto todas nuestras preguntas con claridad y detalles, nos dijo lo que teniamos que hacer y cuando podiamos hacer nuestra aplicacion etcceteraetc, Despues de empezar a trabajar en nuestro caso siempre hubo comunicacion con la abogada, y su equipo de trabajo, por medio de correos de voz, emails, o llamadas directas, ellos siempre responden y eso es muy significativo y ayuda en un proceso tan estresante. Todos los cuestionarios, documentos, formularios etc. Fueron revisados por la abogada y su equipo de una forma minuciosa lo que evita errores en un tramite tan importate. Despues de que el departamento de inmigracion recibio nuestras aplicaciones, solo tardo 3 meses para mi y 6 para mi esposa, para que recibieramos respuestas ppsitivas, pues el depto. De imigracion aprobo nuestras peticiones y ahora somos mi esposa y yo residentes legales en este pais, que nos a dado tantas oportunidades. PS es muy importante si usted va empezar cualquier tramite de inmigracion que tenga disponibles la mayor cantidad de documentos y pruebas de su persona, estancia e historia en este pais, eso ayuda mucho a los abogados a formar un buen caso y en la rapidez de el proceso No hay palabras para expresar lo agradecidos que estamos con la abogada Shirley y su equipo de trabajo

Went for a consultation and Ms. Zambrano took my case. She was kind and answered all my questions. She allayed all my fears. Very professional and approachable.

Ms. Shirley Zambrano helped me with my application to adjust my status trough marriage, at first my case was pretty straightforward but while my application was pending some unfortunate events took place and my case got very complicated to the point where I could be facing removal, she was always there for me from day one. She was very helpful, she informed me of all the things that could possibly happen, all my questions were answered on time and she was always there when I needed her. At some point I wanted to abandon my case or withdraw my application because I was so afraid of the curse my case might take but she suggested I kept going and thankfully my case was approved and I now have my green card and I couldn't be happier! I'm so glad I listened to her. I highly recommend her and Kuck immigration partners, they are all amazing, I've never had a bad experience, nothing but professionalism, they see you as a human being and not as a dollar sign.

My husband and I were referred to Ms. Zambrano by an attorney near our hometown in North Carolina. We had our initial consult with Charles and after hiring the firm we were assigned to Ms. Zambrano. I can honestly say we couldn't have picked a better attorney ourselves. Our story started with an attorney we hired in Charlotte, NC. We were referred to that firm because they were also working on my in-law's case. We made it to our interview with USCIS and found out my husband had an order of deportation against him. Our case with USCIS was administratively closed until we could take care of that case. We went that day to our attorney in Charlotte for the next steps. They told us they would file a motion to re-open his case so we could attempt to have it terminated. We went many, many months without hearing from the firm. Finally, we received notice the motion had been denied. This is when we decided to get a second opinion. By the time we were referred to Kuck Immigration we had only a short amount of time to submit our appeal. Ms. Zambrano had a huge task ahead. The first thing that stood out to me about Ms. Zambrano is her attention to detail. They emailed a list of everything they needed from us for the appeal request, which we were happy to provide. I was able to see a copy of the package prepared by Ms. Zambrano for our appeal versus the original motion to reopen submitted by our previous attorney, the difference was amazing! Ms. Zambrano's appeal was so detailed and well put together with no errors. Ultimately, Ms. Zambrano won that appeal for us! The next step was attempting to have the case terminated. We went to court for the master hearing and then again for the individual hearing. Throughout the entire process Ms. Zambrano was well prepared for whatever came her way and she also prepared us for what was to come. I could tell by her interactions with the Immigration Judge that she and the firm are well respected in the court. She also stood her ground in a situation where she knew she was being tested by the other attorney. Ultimately my husband's case was terminated and he was granted residency by the Immigration Judge. Words can not begin to describe the happiness we felt that day. My husband and I have so much appreciation for Ms. Zambrano and all her help in our case. I truly feel that if you provide her with the tools she needs, she will fight her hardest to win your case. We highly recommend Ms. Zambrano!

Shirley Cristina Zambrano is an excellent Immigration Attorney, very responsive to my phone calls and emails. She did a great job in getting CR1 petition approved on timely manner that was above and beyond what I expected to receive. I was very impressed by her professionalism and expertise. Shirley helped me out of a horrible situation where my first attorney messed up my paperwork and caused my green card to be temporarily terminated. I was not able to work or drive. My first attorney advised that I needed to re-file everything from the very beginning even though I had already taken my citizenship test and filed my petition to remove condition of residence. I was not going to go through all that again so I went to see Shirley late December(about 2 weeks after my test and a couple months after the termination of my status). Today is April 17th and I became a Citizen of the United States this morning all thanks to miss Zambrano's help!
