The team has been very professional, and responsive but also accommodating to our changing work schedules. Stephanie has excellent customer service skills. During our consultation her explanation of the process for creating a trust was easily understood. We knew what steps to help us prepare for each appointment. All of our appointments were held on the original scheduled dates. The entire process was seamless.

Erich and the Thirft McLemore Team helped with our dispute involving a new construction home from John Weiland Homes, aka Pulte Group, as their resolution definition differed significantly from ours. We obtained our earnest money and happily parted ways from this soup sandwich of an organization.

Erich was really great in guiding us through the difficult process! He took the time to explain the different routes we could take and gave his best recommendation considering all the options.
We were able to avoid arbitration (saving thousands of dollars, headaches, and hours) and would recommend him to anyone dealing with new residential construction issues!
