Stephani and her crew were very knowledgeable about everything estate related. We had a lot of questions and she or her team answered them quickly and in plain English (a must at our age), giving us all the options and helping us figure out what was the best options for us. We were always greeted bya sweet young man with a quick smile every time we went to the office. Her assistant stayed on the phone and answered any question we had, making sure we understood everything before moving on. Stephanie was the same when we got down to the final day. They really made it easy for us to get this done. I'd highly recommend this firm and especially Stephanie for anyone wanting to get their affairs in order.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issues, I felt ignored and undervalued as a client. Additionally, their billing practices were unreasonable and not transparent.
