I reached out to Kelley Napier after my husband received a difficult diagnosis. We had wills in place, so I first went to my former wills and estates lawyer but found she could not answer many questions I had about preparing for this new and scary future. I spoke with three other elder law lawyers prior to receiving a referral to Kelley. One was so ridiculously priced, it struck me as predatory. The other two laid out formulaic approaches that didn't seem to grasp our particular financial nuances and goals. Finally, someone recommended Kelley Napier. Thank goodness. As a former lawyer, I know I'm not the easiest client and I likely exasperated her with my questions, but I had high expectations: I wanted my elder law lawyer to actually care about me and my family and to understand my particular situation and goals. In short, I wanted a smart, experienced, and ethical elder law lawyer. That's precisely who I found in Kelley Napier.

Attorney Joseph was efficient and effective in processing our adoption. My family is very appreciative of her service. We will return to her for any further legal services we may need.

I'm so glad these guys (Kelley Napier specifically) are our estate planning lawyers. They are super easy to work with, generous with their time and patient with all our questions, and very affordable for the level of service they give. We got our will and all related papers done in no time. The hardest part is the stuff you have to do outside of the appointments - decisions, gathering info. Other than that, they facilitate the whole process and make it very easy. The peace of mind we have, knowing that this is now done (and confident that is it through and correct) is priceless.

Chris Brannon and his firm came highly recommended to us for their work in the area of elder law. We checked the firm out extensively before choosing them to complete an estate plan and develop a VA benefits strategy for my wife's father and mother. They did a great job on the estate plan and completed and filed the VA application which was approved without any additional requests for additional information from the VA. We found them to be extremely reasonable and fair about compensation for their services. We decided not to implement one final aspect of the plan we had payed for and they refunded that fee!
