I have been paying child support for 3 children for several years. Two of which have reached the requirement for emancipation. I was involved in hit and run in November of 2020 that damaged a cervical fusion from a prior car accident in 2013. Let clarify I gave you a retainer of 5000 dollars you only used 1500 of it by that time I wanted to try and work it out so how you keeping the rest I never understood. It could have been used for something else or nothing at all.
