My husband died recently and I realized I needed help navigating the probate process. A friend told me about Kelley Napier; I called the office and left a message. Someone called back very soon and said Kelley would contact me to clarify what I needed within 24-48 hours. Kelley called the next day, asked me some questions, and told me I did not require probate. She also sent me an affidavit to transfer my husband's car to me. I asked how I could compensate her for her time and knowledge and she chuckled and said she hadn't provided any legal services so no charge. In the middle of a sad time of my life, Kelley brought a bit of needed sunshine.
