Georgia Estate & Elder Law is a law firm with a heart. During the year prior to my 95 year old mother's death, navigating the tangled web of challenges to and for long-term care for a mother who was blind and living alone with dementia, limited mobility,, and limited resources was a nightmare - until the the Emory Center for Integrated Memory Care referred me to Chris Brannon. Before then, I was unaware of Elder Care as a legal specialty. What a pleasant surprise when Chris patiently untangled the options and answered questions arising during the time my mother moved from hospitalization to assisted living and finally into a nursing home where she died. Then, after my mother's death he and others at the firm guided me through the probate process with that same patience and empathy. I will always be grateful for not only their expert legal advice, but also for their kindness, patience, and efficiency.

After researching a few practices that focus on elder law and estate planning, I chose to work with Kelly and the Georgia Estate & Elder Law firm. I chose Kelly because she was very forthcoming with information that I needed to make a selection of who to trust with my will and other critical documents. She was patient, while another firm acted like I was wasting their time. Her initial meeting was free, while another firm wanted hundreds of dollars just to talk. Her prices were fixed and competitive, higher than some, lower than others. After I selected her and her firm, she led me step by step, exhibiting patience and honesty throughout the process. I never felt rushed to make a decision. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I would recommend Kelly and her team without hesitation or exception.
