Facing the illness of a parent is never easy, nor are the decisions which must be made as a result. Kelley Napier helped us not only with estate planning, but navigate the murky waters of Medicaid, Medicare, and even let us know that my mother is eligible for VA benefits we had no idea even existed (for the record: approximately 90% of those eligible are unaware; they need Kelley!). She has saved us over 100 times her fee! Not only has she proved to be extraordinarily competent counsel, she is very compassionate as well. She listened and helped us find a place for my mother. Ms. Effron helped me with my residency and citizenship applications. She was highly organized and EXCEPTIONALLY thorough, with my applications.
