Had to deal with a malpractice issue and these guys took it and ran with it and I was impressed with the presentation they provided during our mediation. I do feel like they could have been a little more pushy and got us more, so we ended up settling but didnt get as much as we wanted. Having to give up 1/3 of your settlement to any lawyer would make anyone cringe, but thats is how it works if you dont want to hire them directly and pay per hour, etc.. We definitely appreciate how involved Dave got and he seemed to really care which is huge these day. I highly recommend these guys.
