C&B blocked me recently on FB, as they seem determined, to try to take away my freedom of speech, about the treatment I’ve received from C&B. As explained in my FB post that C&B deleted, I started calling Mr. Campbell, Uncle Mike when I was 6. As real estate agents, my parents(& my Uncle) were probably his best clients, for the first 15 years of his career. "Uncle Mike" has had almost 3 weeks to respond to the review, I wrote about Andrew Grattan, an Attorney in his own branch. Andrew bullied me by holding money for 5 days, 3 written lies, 3 attempts to abuse my personal information, by conspiring with others. It goes on. To me, it seems like Mr. Campbell/Uncle Mike has had plenty of time to respond, to my allegations, but instead, chose to block me. How cowardly. There was very likely deed fraud by Mark Brittain, the Trust Attorney, involved in my closing process. He didn't record the deed when the Trust bought half the house from my Uncle. Andrew lied about the importance that the deed was not recorded in 2009, like it should have been. My homophobic brother, very likely, conspired with Mark to not record the deed, on purpose, to try to screw over the only gay family member, me, the Trustee. My Brother and Mark have communicated with each other, over the past 15 years, but, they both, refuse to say how many times? If my Uncle hadn't signed a quit claim deed, without demanding money out of me, I could have been out, about $200k, that I had loaned the Trust. My brother and Mark were probably counting on my Uncle’s (assumed) religious belief, against homosexuality, to override, his personal morality, to simply do the right thing. I explained, to my Uncle, that he was basically going to have to morally stand up to a Straight, White "Christian" Attorney Man(and Andrew/C&B) and my Straight White Mother and Straight White Brother, and declare, that he morally believes that the person with the correct morals, in this situation, is the homosexual. In my life experience, the vast majority of Straight White people(esp in the South) just agree with the Straight White Men(or Women) that are abusing the person, and pile on, and lie for them, as well. Fortunately, my Uncle did the right thing, instead of going along with the scheme. As if going through the “deed drama” was not difficult enough, Andrew gave me no legal help, whatsoever. They work for the buyer (blah blah) but he refused to even tell me what TYPE of Attorney could give me legal advice. When I asked, this was his email back, “I am being as honest as I can when I say that I have no idea what type of law that would be”. And now, even Mr. Campbell, refuses to give me any legal advice whatsoever, either. I had given Andrew permission to call Mark to discuss the deed issue, but it seems like they are all one big team, now, the "nobody answers anything" team. Mr. Campbell, the disrespect you've shown me and my Mother is still, quite shocking, to me. My experience, in 2024, turns out, to show a dramatic contrast, from the one, of your "perceived" reputation for 50 years. From afar, I watched your practice and the respect in the community, for your professional services, grow, over the decades, but it was all a lie. Your morality in this case speaks for itself. You let attorneys in your own office harass members of the LGBT community and conspire with others to cause harm to them. All those years ago, you wanted me to call you Uncle Mike, and Uncle Mike 2, and now, you won't even take the most basic responsibility, for your actions as an Attorney, Managing Partner Attorney, Man, or even, as an Uncle. I'm deeply disappointed in you, Sir. Your bigotry is what I will remember about you the most. Bill Flanigan Jr.
