The Abt firm is extraordinary. They made promises that they kept. I called them and got Mr. Roget Ware who represented my son and got nothing but professionalism, courtesy and results. I praise God for sending me to the right firm after speaking to several others and wasn't getting the right vibes or responses. I strongly recommend them.

DONT DO IT!! They are all about the money, extremely unprofessional and never get back to you when they say they will. Don't trust Mr.Ware the paralegal.

If you are searching Google for a Criminal Defense Attorney, then you are likely in one of the most difficult times in your life. From the initial consultation with Katie Hingerty I knew she was the attorney I wanted to represent me. She listened to my complex situation, clearly explained the relevant laws, formed a plan of action, and confidently advised me on the steps I could decide to take. After retaining her, she and her team members Alli Goldberg and Courtney Weller all helped and stayed in contact with me throughout this very long process (btw it takes a lot longer than it does on Law and Order SVU). Not only did Katie, Alli and Courtney do their jobs well, they all did it and truly made me feel like they all care about me getting through my journey as unscathed as possible. We put together a team of co-counsel, highly decorated and experienced expert witnesses, and built a solid case for my defense. Without any reservation or hesitation, I highly recommend Katie Hingerty and her team as a smart choice for a Criminal Defense Attorney. I recommend that you be truthful to her, give her ALL of the information (even if you feel it is too much, let her sort through the noise), then leave her to do her work. No need to call, text or email her constantly. She and her team will always be 3 steps ahead in the process. You will want the process to go faster, but apparently that's not how the system generally works. Katie is one of the smartest people in any line of work I've ever met, and will give sound legal counsel, so listen to her! Katie will present you with some difficult choices that you and only you can make. The other reviews here are mostly written in response to either a positive or negative end result for the individual. Just because you didn't enjoy the food you selected off the menu, doesn't mean the chef didn't prepare it well. I do believe in balanced feedback regardless of the result. This review was written on my last day at trial. Regardless of the outcome I strongly feel Katie did a truly exceptional job representing me.
