I was looking for a lawyer and chose to use LegalShield. This morning I put in a request for a consultation with a 4 hour call back guarantee. I received no calls so I decided to call the company because I feared it may be a conflict of interest. I spoke with a supervisor who ensured Id receive a call. They called back about 20 minutes later to discuss my case. However while on the phone the lawyer mentioned something I never stated which let me know they might have some type of relationship with the company. The lady was rude and dry while telling me my daughter being triggered and me being harassed doesn't matter. The call ended because I called her out on the information I didn't give her that she knew. Do better because God always has the last say so....

PLEASE do not do business with this law firm if you want professional service. I have been a Legal Shield member for more than 2 years, and the first time that I attempted to use their service, it was HORRIBLE. After having the first attorney (Daniel Jones) who was assigned to my case drop the ball, I was able to get my case re-assigned to another attorney (Alfred Phelps). Wouldn't you know Mr. Phelps completely dropped the ball as well. In addition, when I attempted to communicate my issue regarding their lack of communication, he lied about having his "secretary" send me an email, got loud with me on the phone, over talked me and then hung up in my face. Prior to him hanging up in my face, he argues that they have over 84,000 members and they don't have time to follow up with me. I hope that one of the partners of Deming, Parker, Hoffman, Campbell & Daly, see this review because they have some unprofessional and low class attorney's like Mr. Alfred Phelps who don't deserve to represent their company.

In Each encounter that I have had with this firm they have responded timely. It makes thing so much easier.

Some of the dumbest, most unprofessional lawyers on the planet. They make public defenders look like Johnnie Cochran.

I’m beyond please with the way Adam handled this case and also with the amazing outcome he was able to make happen for me🥹🙌🏼 from the very beginning, even tho I contacted the law firm with a very close deadline, Adam made it happen to where no points were added on my record and I didn’t have to hardly even lift a finger! Other than taking my driving course, which I of course needed to take, I didn’t have to leave my home to appear in court. Everything was made sooo easy for me! This is the third speeding ticket Adam has helped me with and they have all turned out with the best outcome ever which is no points reported on my record! I’m obsessed with my Legalshield membership and SO thankful to have had it all these almost 6 years now🙏🏼 I recommend it to anyone I know 100%!

I called and spoke with an attorney named Phelps or Phillips. By far the laziest attorney, you guys have at your firm. Any other attorney that I’ve spoken with was much more helpful and actually cared about helping his clients. Furthermore, didn’t challenge their integrity. I will be canceling my LegalShield subscription because of this worthless attorney. I have a better chance of survival through another law firm. I simply asked him to look up a Google my business profile, and he simply stated “I would need a $5000 retainer for me to do for me to look that up”. What a pathetic excuse for an attorney.

We have used legal shield here and there for some speeding tickets and never have we experienced this before. My dad's english is a little broken but understands and communicate for the most part but to make sure everything runs smoothly i have always helped him translate and made sure he wasnt taken advantage of and made sure everyone is on the same page. today they told us that we would have to cancel our membership if my dad could not understand and communicate for himself. i understand communication is important but why cant my dad have his daughter listen in and help him translate. This is the most ridiculous thing ive heard. i kept telling the lady my dad will be able to understand if you tell him whats going on and ill answer some of his questions hes unsure about but she kept saying that we will have to cancel our membership without even speaking with him yet. maybe hire some attorneys that speak other languages or be understanding that not everyone here speaks english perfectly. doesnt seem right that you would tell us to cancel our membership. a very unpleasant experience. after speaking with my dad they confirmed that they will be able to assist with out traffic violation.

This law firm is the biggest joke in Atlanta! I have been waiting for the help of my lawyer since using legal shield to help with my case today. The lawyer Elizabeth Britt is incompetent and inv consistent and I don't understand how she is even a lawyer. Nobody has a since of urgency to help. If you can never use them don't... Update: Still no response or call back. i will never reach out to someone who dropped the ball as important of an issue i had. There is no use to undermine people paying for services to use when the company is useless of using in your time of need.

I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional, poorly run business that lacks all integrity…in my entire life. If you’re assigned Alfred Phelps…request different representation in my opinion. 2 weeks after discussing my matter nothing was done nor could he tell me when it would get started. I was confused how he had time to call me back when I requested only to say he doesn’t know, nor is he at liberty to say, when he can get to my matter nor give me an estimation. He needs lessons in manners and work efficiency. The irony is he went to law school to have people pay for his advice yet the man says nothing at all. This LegalShield law group has you by the balls and they know it…hence the lack of urgency, manners and the audacity to hire people such as Alfred Phelps. Do better Deming Parker. Do better.
