I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rachel Benjamin on several labor and employment situations. She has not only helped me come out on top and feeling great in regard to my contracts but she’s coached me on how to better advocate for myself and what I deserve as an a female executive. Prior to working with Rachel, I had worked with other lawyers to negotiate contracts and I can say Rachel is by far the most thorough and genuinely interested in helping you get the package you deserve. She helped me clearly lay out the facts and support which took me to the finish line. She has also given me clear advice on navigating other dynamics re people management.
