They are money hungry, non experienced Esquires trying to act as a liaison to refer an Attorney, which is what I pay Legal Shield for. They are not worth the money nor time to try not to help people that have serious cases such as myself. A Lara Smith Esq., Cassandra Smith and Julia Smith are obvious asinine suggestions a consultation, as it seems as if it's a Family law firm attempted to ask me for $3000- $5000 to retain a referral Attorney from Deming and also gave poor level of expertise to my case as they do not value people for who they are but only values what a person personable possessions are, as I was assaulted and my personal items of my Watch and Bracelet was their only concern for my compensation . If a person hits one of them in the face, they'd be seeking for compensation of more than Medical expenses and stolen/ missing property. Especially for my Profession as a Model and Former Elite Image Brand Model. My Image is an "item" that has suffered damages that I'm entitled to personable compensation for in addition to my missing items. They explained to me that they were going after The City of Atlanta instead of Boogaloo Restaurant's Owner and stated that they were going to try to prove that the hired patrol officer of Boogaloo didn't do their job as of Compliance, and proceeded to tell me that cases for yet again personal property may take up to $20,000 to $40,000 dollars as they valued my case to the value of my stolen/missing items only of $110,000 and thought to try to not have nor build a case considering their concern of never mind that I was assaulted at and by Boogaloo Restaurant patrons. They too often like to state that they've been an Attorney for 19 years in regards to their desperate measures of no efforts to offer me a fair case nor real legal assistance where the at-fault of course is accountable upon Boogaloo Restaurant instead of The City of Atlanta, as they were a hired source from Boogaloo Restaurant that night. Do not waste your time, let alone money for them to not even be your Trusted law firm, but charging consumers to refer consumers an Attorney. Again Legalshield is to refer Attorneys, not Deming.

Michael Deming from this firm deserves no stars and I wouldn't recommend no one to this firm. His main objective is money for himself. That he will make sure he gets. I was referred by someone and to my suprises they took advantage of my daughter. I had provide them with almost all information for my daughter's case. The firm only sent out requests pretty muchmade things difficult for her to receive the settlement and was not promoted in doing so. He lies deceives and take advantage of people. I want all to be aware of this firm. They have no remorse for the victims and only have their wallets in the best interest.

I'm giving 2 stars, because they have been helpful in the past. However, my recent case was a car accident, went to a 1 on 1 on the week of May 14. Never heard a word back. I emailed to check on an update for my case on June 4th. No reply! I moved on and went with another attorney that was recommended by a good friend. But seriously, how do you leave your client hanging like that?

Good to have them On your side always there when you needed most.
