Do NOT work with this firm, or at least avoid Phelps. It took ages for him to even begin the claim after he first called, I had to call HIM and ask what was up over a month after I sent him what he asked for. He lacks social sense and talks down to and over clients, I had to fix all the typos and mistakes in his draft for him to send to the opposing party and after I did that HE TOLD THEM THE WRONG DATES AND THEY GHOSTED HIM. At which point he called me confused and then when he said the wrong YEAR on the phone to me and I corrected him, he tried to tell me I was wrong, then checked the letter while I was on the line and admitted that I was right. He did not offer to try and reach back out to correct his mistake. He didn't offer any alternative at all. He literally just went "well she never called me back so that's all I can do unless you want to pay me more". Phelps turned an obvious cut and dry lemon law case with a paper trail and technician's testimony into "oops oh well". I wish him nothing but the worst, and I hope other potential clients see this and steer clear.

I was referred to this law firm by Legal Shield and glad I was! I was assigned to Attorney Elizabeth Britt who was God-sent! Not only was she very kind and knowledgeable but she was highly persistent! A collection agency was reporting false charges on my credit report for all three bureaus and she sent out two letter’s threatening legal action and within no time all three were deleted!

I’ve been with legal Shield since my early 20’s. This law office has been some of the worst I have ever experienced! They will not help you and offer to write a letter but you will need to make them do so. Everyone in ATL GA knows all you have to do is deny the letter ! They will not help you any further. And that’s if you get In touch with the right department.

My attorney Mr. Almeroth is the BEST! He had distinguished knowledge of the court process and laws for my case, which was out of state. I am super pleased with the outcome and advisement I received. I have never had a problem with this Law Firm I had a hair in my food issues at Red Lobster they sent them a letter and I recieved 2 $400 gift cards from Red Lobsters. Issue with a we owe on my sons car from a dealership They sent the dealership a letter the dealer ship sent a flat bed to pick up my sons car changed his coil packs. alternator, stater and battery car has been running fine for 2 years. look I could go own and own.I sent my Offer letter to them, told me to request a change in some verbaige they did which since I am not and Attorney. I read right passed it. Honestly I could go own and own I have had Legalshield for at least 12 yrs and I have saved honestly 10's of thousands of dollars even when I purchase cars I send over my contract before signing. I have the Business protection also for my online Business. I can only speak for myself and my Familieas experience . You have to read the information and learn how to let the lawfirm do the heacy lifting for you that's my secret anyway!
