Jim Jenkins is an extremely competent and intelligent attorney. He is willing to listen and will go the extra mile for his clients.

The beginning is where I will start with this law firm, I was referred by a coworker of mine at the time when I was working at Best Buy of 2018. I was involved in a hit and run accident on May 18, 2018, and needed assistance, direction and guidance in the process because this was my first accident. Someone hit my car and drove off while I was driving for Uber and I had a passenger in my back seat at the time, although no one was hurt from what I had observed, it still was a scary situation to be in. All I can say is after being referred to this Law Firm, I called the number and spoke with his paralegal Mrs. Andretta, after explaining my situation she set up an appointment for me to meet up with Mr. Jim Jenkins at the Jenkins/Utley Law Office in Buckhead, GA. After arriving at the Law Office I was a bit nervous but felt at ease and right at home because I was greeted by Mrs. Andretta who was and still is a gracious woman. I met with Mr. Jenkins to explain the incident that I was involved in and he agreed to take my case. Although it has been almost a year to the settlement of my case, in which it had NOTHING to do with the Law Firm, it was just the nature of the beast and being that my situation was unique and other 3rd parties involved more so was the cause of the delay. Mr. Jenkins and his Law Firm were very detailed with their process and available at any time I needed clarification or guidance with my case. They walked me through the process and were a great team to work with in solving my case. I was prepared in the beginning for a long process of completion because my coworker that informed me disclosed to me that my case could take up to 6 months like his case did and possibly a year. Mr. Jenkins was up front and honest which is something that I can respect. In my honest opinion it didn't matter if I had to wait longer because of how him and his Law Firm were so patient and genuine in the process. This Law Firms main concern is YOU and getting the best possible situation that suits your needs for your case. They will fight your case tooth and nail leaving no stones unturned, as long as you are COMPLETELY HONEST with them about your situation, then there is NO REASON you should walk away being unfulfilled because they are open and willing to help, but you have to do your part as a human being and be upfront. All in all I would recommend this Law Firm 1,000 plus times to anyone who is in need of assistance with their personal injury case. I am just an honest, genuine, realistic person that seeks the same in others and was given that at this Law Firm. If you stumble upon this Law Firm from a Google Search, referral, etc., don't think twice about calling because you have come to the right Law Firm if you want your case to be resolved, it's up to you if your able to stay long enough for the conclusion and The RIGHT resolution for your case.

I was in very deep with another attorney who was not on his game and allowed my case to fall unfairly into the other direction. Thankfully I was referred to Aisha. After switching she was able to turn things back to a more fair settlement. She is an expert in her field and her rates are reasonable compared to other. I only wish I had her from the beginning of my case.

Aisha is the best. She was kind and smart and didn't let my husband's attorney run all over her like the one who first represented me before. She helped me understand what to expect, and I could tell the judge was impressed by her.

I have had the privilege of utilizing the services of The Harrison Firm. I have had nothing but positive interactions with them: from the original location to the new one. LOCATION: The office is conveniently located off of 285 in an office park. There is ample FREE parking. Easy to get in, and easy to get out. The office is open and bright. PERSONNEL: The Harrison Firm is a small, but might team of three wonderful ladies. From the moment I met them, I felt comfortable and confident in getting our tasks done. Attorney Harrison is straight to the point while being kind and considerate. She tells you what you need to know, and doesn't burden you with the extra. However, she has no problem answering questions or sharing extra information if you wish. She is prompt in her responses (most of my communications were via email). I have even received a few after hours responses to my after hours inquiries. The Operations Manger is an absolute joy. When communicating with The Harrison Firm, I would usually CC the office manager (mostly when documentation was needed) to ensure that receipt of the info was made. She, too, was very prompt and friendly in her responses. She is very professional, but friendly (which is always welcomed; didn't feel like she was a "stranger"). I did not get to interact with the third office member, but from the bit that I did she, too, was professional and friendly. SERVICE: I have included a bit in the previous section. But, we accomplished our tasks in a prompt and satisfactory manner! Their pricing and payment schedule is competitive (fair). I imagine it may be different per each person's situation. But, it worked well for me. BOTTOM LINE: I HIGHLY recommend The Harrison Firm if their services match your needs. You will not be disappointed with their services!

I don’t recommend her... Aisha was hired to represent my case. She has no idea what she is doing. I had to fire her, after spending a fortune.
