I would NOT recommend the law firm to anyone who is wanting a personal injury lawyer. I have been lied to so many times. Called Daryl the paralegal spoke with him stated was on a call he would call back in 20 min. 2 weeks later I get a call from Mats the attorney to introduce himself I asked him if I have to wait 2 weeks for a call back then don't waste my time I won't waste yours. He asked what was wrong I told him I had been waiting for a call back from Daryl for 2 weeks, proceeds to ask me if " I had the correct information?" Um Yes Daryl stated when I called him he would call back. Daryl had my info since I spoke to him several times. Demand letter was sent to the ins. Co and 30 days past no call! I call again speak with Mats and stated my case was transfered to a new attorney, " you haven't gotten a call?" Really. I go over my medical bills during the signing of my offer and there are charges that were to be paid back to medicare for unrelated Dr visits. Had I not looked at the charges it would of just been pd. They took credit for getting my medical care reduced. I was the 1 to get my dental reduced, they requested an additional reduction that was declined. I made a post on google begging for a call from somebody. I get a call from Elizabeth the new attorney and the owner Jennifer. She stated how sorry she was for my experience and offered $500 refund in attorney fees and to remove my post. OK is to cover my fees of having medical bills reduced and paying for Dr bills when my chiropractor was contacted and advised I was out of medical benefits and had to pay out of pocket unexpectedly for services, it sure did not cover my frustration so I am reposting after Jennifer told me if I had questions call her directly when I did she was to busy to speak or email me directly. I did not want to speak through a go between person. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SO CALLED LAW FIRM OR RECOMMEND IT TO EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY!!!

had an extremely disappointing experience with Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group. They mishandled my case for over a year, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. The turnover of staff was incredibly high, and I had to deal with four different lawyers and paralegals throughout the process. Gabriel and Mat Rosen, in particular, were appalling at communication and professionalism. Their lack of responsiveness and unprofessional behavior only exacerbated an already stressful situation. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal representation for personal injury cases
