My boyfriend has had a case with this firm since Dec 2022. To date, he has not received any updates on his case. He’s called the office several times & is given appointments to speak with the attorney. On his appointment day the attorney tells him she needs to review his case & call him back. That call back never happens. We are extremely disappointed in the customer service especially after reading so many positive reviews. This process has been discouraging & we feel let down by this office.

I called for a free consultation and a gentleman by the name of Sebastian helped me a lot! He was very calming and reassuring and all the information he communicated was done in a very clean and concise way!

First time calling, Omar the person who answered very rude he forgot to put call on hold so I was able to listen to everything he said and how low he was talking about me and assuming I was lying about my pain he doesn’t even know me or seeing the pictures of my accident . I just want him to know not everyone is after money cause yes money is needed but doesn’t solve everything.

Working with Ray Williams and the team at Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group made the past 6 months worth it. A slip and fall injury had me out of work for 6 months and warranted a career change all together. The facilities I was receiving care from were less than cooperative and medical bills were starting to pile up. But all of the worries and concerns I had disappeared when Ray got involved. Rachelle was my case manager and within the several months that this case dragged on, she was steadfast in her communication and attention to detail.
