Unfortunately if you want a competent team, this firm is not the correct choice at all. This is a horrible, bottom tier attorneys office. I was referred to Cambre and Associates several years ago, for a head-on collision. The service I received in that case was decent, my case was handled within months and medical treatments handled correctly no problem. Last June, I was attacked by a neighbor's Doberman and placed out of work for months to recover. I unfortunately decided to use this firm again- which has been a horrible, costly mistake. No one answers the phone, or replies. You will never be able to reach your actual attorney. In my current case, the neighbors and their insurance company instantly accepted full liability, with no contest. This is literally the easiest and most perfect case firms wish for, with a 300k homeowner policy. The attack place June 28 2023, I retained Cambre the same day. is is now March 2024 and Cambre has not even sent a demand letter to the insurance company. My case manager has been changed multiple times, randomly. Each one has less knowlege than the first. When I call and ask about files, photos, records, they are nowhere to be found each time they assign a new manager. The most disgusting part of this experience is the blantant lies. It has literally been 10 months of pure lies. I was told for months and months that they could not write a demand due to medical documents that the hospital had not sent. After 8 months or run-around, I asked Kyle for the medical record company's name. He told me I was free to reach out to them. When I did, the record company let me know they had never even received and requests from Cambre until a week prior. This is after 8 months. I legally reuested the records myself, and the hospital had it ready within days. Weeks later, still not a single change or update from Cambre. I called my case manager Kyle back, he lied and said they hadn't received a reply to my records. When I lost it on him and told him that was a bold lie, since the hospital already told me they prepared my records and wre just waiting on Cambre to pay their invoice. He placed me on hold, came back to the phone and suddenly my records were now available. Kyle claimed weeks ago that Cambre would now draft and send my demand off. This is beyond overdue. I've I waited weeks, no update. Called, no answer. Cambre has had all police reports, animal control reports, eveidence, records, statements, photos since June of last year. Today March 5th I get a call that my case manager has been changed AGAIN, AND they will now look at my case, and maybe send a demand within another three weeks. Tbe smae thing they claimed three weeks ago. I absolutely swear this is the worst legal representation you could seek to hire. Hands down worst attorney office I have ever done business with. I would not hire this firm to represent my worst enemy. Run fast to ANY other legal agency- this firm is absolutely horrible and will not get you the best result at all. Stay far away.

They’re going to take all your money after they never call you for 6 months. Do yourself a favor & choose someone else.

This was the worst experience this firm took on my case I didn’t hear anything from them I reached out to them only to find out the case manager assigned had left the company after numerous calls and emails they didn’t inform me I had to keep reaching out to find out what was going on this was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had legally I am submitting a claim with the bar against this firm lawyers like this will slow down your care and hinder your case the WORST ever wish I could have gave zero stars

THIS LAWFIRM IS HORRIBLE SINCE THEY LOST HANNA KIM!!!! THEY DONT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. JUDITH MY CASEMANAGER HASNT CALLED ME AT ALL. THEY HAD MY CASE FOR OVER A MONTH. SHE ONLY SENT ME AN EMAIL BC I COMPLAINED TO ROSA. YALL ARE CLEARLY HANDLING PEOPLE HOWEVER YALL WANT TOO & ITS UNPROFESSIONAL.
