Mr. Luwemba represented me on a very serious charge. I was facing a minimum of twenty years in prison. I was told he was one of the best in Dekalb county and how much work he does in the Black community mentoring youth. After my family retained him he came to see me in jail and told me he did not make promises but would fight hard for me in court. After he got me a bond he told me my case would have the best outcome if we negotiated based on the evidence. In the meantime he had me complete 100 hours of community service, anger management and voluntary drug screens. After bringing all of this evidence to the prosecutor he was able to negotiate a deal that did not include prison time but strictly probation! I’m very pleased with his services.

Mr. Luwemba represented my older brother on an armed robbery. My brother had just been released after five years in juvenile right before he got an adult armed robbery charge. He got him a bond of 75000/ 10 % which my family could not afford. Over a period of 6 months Mr. Luwemba did four bond reduction hearings until he got the bond down low enough for us to be able to get my brother out. He is really passionate in the court room, knows the law and I would recommend him to anyone.

Completely dropped the ball on my case. Strung me along for 8 years. At the end of it all not even a phone call or email saying sorry, or anything. I had to find out through fellow employees that the class action lawsuit was finally over, & I had to call them to find out what happened. Very unprofessional! You deserve 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Ended up losing me a lot of money. I will never ever use Jonathan Johnson again, & I hope no one else does either. I completely 100% feel like I was misrepresented. Worst experience with an attorney ever!
