Mr. Simanovsky made the process of getting a settlement on our car so much less scary than we thought. We did not have to worry about anything in the process as he walked us through every step and let us know exactly what we could expect. We also got a lot more in our settlement than going through with the class action suit, thanks to him. Very happy with his service.

Mr. Simanovsky told me what he intended to do, what the outlook was for a positive result and delivered. I have NO complaints.

Lack of communication, nothing else needs to be said. I'm a respectable guy overall and patient but everytime I had to find out something about my case I had to be proactive in contacting the office... at times when I did it was "we'll call you back" to not receive a call back by the end of business. There was little to no communication with me. So I seeked other representation and made the right decision for my lemon law case. In fact, they couldn't even care to call or email or reach out to let me know they dropped my case. You have a choice to make on who represents you but please understand I don't care to write reviews unless I feel I was wronged and you should seek other representation. My last call to them on 5/25/17 resulted in a back and forth debate for no reason other than lack of professionalism. Unacceptable...

At first I was apprehensive to hire any lawyer for my Lemon Law case. I was mostly apprehensive because I have never been involved in any legal issue that involved me having to hire a Lawyer. Alex was extremely patient with me and even picked up my case after deciding to file suit over several months. He even gave me free advice prior to being hired for the case. Alex was extremely professional and was always available for my questions throughout the process. I would recommend Alex to anyone needed legal help or advice in a possible Lemon Law case.

Dealer could not fix my safety issue and would not replace the car after trying for 1 year. I contacted Alex and he made a fair settlement deal in two months.

We had been dealing directly with the car dealership regarding a lemon law situation. The dealer was willing to work with us, but wasn't getting approval from the manufacturer, so we decided to get legal assistance and found Alex Simanovsky. It still took a while to resolve due to the law requirements for inspections, but he stayed on top of the situation and always followed up with us in a timely and professional manner. Their services is pathetic. All their staff that I have talked with lied again and again. They told you they would call you back today or tomorrow, then no response at all! If you do not call them, they were disappeared. After you first consult your case with them, they would have follow up emails to let you provide your documents. But after you give them all the documents and want to set up your case, you are totally forgot. I was told that even 20 days past, attorney still did not get time to review my case! Unbelievable! Be Caution!
