Was hesitant to hire at first. Just wanted my insurance company to do right by me( other driver was not insured), I didn't cause the accident. Ken Gondek, and his team stayed on my case even during the plague,checking up on me etc..

From the beginning of my auto wreck claim until the end (November 2019- June 2020) my team with Crumley Roberts were AWESOME. There were times I was unavailable to speak with my team (due to schedule/life) and they continued to make calls/emails/texts to keep me informed of my case or that they needed information sent in from me. I could also get ahold of them easily! They were ALWAYS very professional. They always made sure I understood what was going on & how the process worked. They didn't treat me like a number or a "cash cow". This is my second time with Crumley Roberts and I would definitely reccomend them! Informative Professional Caring Responsive
