I would love to thank my case manager Ms. Nia from the bottom of my heart on how she handled my case. I was with Johnny Phillips who absolutely did nothing about my case. When I switched to monge they made me feel special and was really concerned about my accident and answer every question I asked and made sure I understood. Ms Nia u are truly a blessing and I appreciate your help and my settlement came right on time!!! She deserves a bonus so give it to her!! She did her job well thank you monge & associates!! Monge & associates has been the best experience of my accident. From the beginning, they began preparing for a successful win against the insurance company. I owe a special thank you to my attorney on the case, Charles Rauton. Charles was very receptive to all my accident inquiries and fought hard to settle the case in my best interest. I'm thankful they cared about my case getting the max out of the insurance company. I will use Monge and Associates for any personal injury case I have in the future.

Kristina Ducos is AWESOME! I have never been in an accident before, so I did not know what to expect. Kristina was always available(even on the weekends!!), answered all my questions professionally, and empathized with me as I had to go to doctors and physicians to get back to normal. She was never demeaning towards me, even when I felt my questions were dumb, and took time to explain the entire legal process. I highly recommend Kristina and her team at Monge & Associates.
