I have only gotten started with my journey so I cannot comment on outcome but getting started has been easy and I feel like my case will be well taken care out. Tracy has been great in helping me with all my questions prior to working with the attorney. Update as of a year later, my case has barely moved. Had to email case manager all the time for updates and seems once I would bother them they would finally start working on it.

I love this team of attorneys. They made me feel like Family that really cared. I have referred them to everyone I know in need of their services.

Although Monge & Associates won my personal injury case, there are a few points that I would like to touch on for anyone looking for representation. Communication was few and far between, and I felt like I had to constantly "check-in" on the status of my case. My calls and messages were not responded to in a timely manner, making me feel like I was not a priority. Lastly, I was surprised to learn after the settlement, there was a 40% fee they charge for their service. Perhaps it was my own fault for not asking at the beginning of the case, but I know this was information they didn't volunteer, either. The industry standard used by the majority of personal injury law firms is 33.3% based on my own research. Overall, it was easy to work with Ashely and she and her team won my case. In hindsight, I should have hired someone local that could have given me more attention and empathy.
