Cierra Savage was very knowledgeable when responding to my concerns. She was patient and made me feel like a valuable customer. Customer service is the forefront of what drives a business’ success, and Cierra was able to do just that!

This was my first experience needing a law firm—thankfully, it was my last! If I were to rate the law firm as a whole, I’d give them 2 stars, but if I’m rating the attorney who handled my case in the end, I’d give her 4 stars. Let me explain: Why I’m giving the firm 2 stars: Lack of guidance at the start: After my motor vehicle accident, I opened a case with the firm but received no direction on what to do next—no advice on where to go for therapy or which doctor to see first. A few weeks later, when I followed up for updates, they asked if I was “done with therapy,” which was shocking since I hadn’t even started! Eventually, they referred me to a chiropractor, who connected me to other specialists for treatment. My case was also transferred several times before it finally landed with Attorney Julia Barbani. From that point on, the experience improved significantly. High fees: The firm’s 40% fee felt like a lot to leave on the table, considering the issues I faced earlier in the process. Why I’m giving Attorney Barbani and her paralegal 4 stars: Once my case was in Attorney Barbani’s hands, things ran much more smoothly. She and her assistant, Thuan, were courteous, attentive, and quick to authorize my treatments. They even helped me secure cash through a funding company during my treatment, as I had to miss work. However, toward the end of the case—during settlement negotiations—I felt the communication could have been much better. I often had to reach out for updates myself, and the entire process of finalizing the settlement and receiving the funds took about six months. Final thoughts: While Attorney Barbani and her team were great, the overall experience with the firm leaves me with a mixed impression. My final rating is 3 stars, as I feel the beginning of the process could have been handled more efficiently, and communication throughout could have been better.

I highly recommend Ms. Nisha Caples. She is so sweet & consistent. Also so patient this lady goes above & beyond. She gets the job done fast, accurate, & stress free. This the company u need when in need.

Couldn’t ask for any one better. Ms. Amanda was always there and ready to help with any questions I had. I didn’t have to do anything. I wouldn’t say this was the best experience ever because I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, but if I had to do again this is the law firm I would choose. Thank y’all so much
