The customer service I received from Desiree was absolutely amazing especially since it was just a random person stopping her in the store after work. The time she took to answer all my questions in depth. She was able to answer questions in regards to what all the firm covers and how the process is. Just wanted to say thank you again for being able to help and provide me with all information you did. I will most definitely be calling you in the future if and when it is needed!

im really frustrated with this people they been taking my case for 2 years and half they switch my lawyer without even telling me they never called you with updates all i do is keep calling and calling and no answer!!!😡😡😡😡 i will give cero stars and apperently no one kwnos about my situation oh but they stay with 35% of the money and they give nothing but headaches

I would like to thank Monge & Associates for all the work they did. They gathered all the information, paperwork that was needed for my case. They kept me informed of everything going on. I changed my phone number but luckily the firm was still abled to get in touch with me. My case was handled in a timely manner and concluded with a win.
