RED FLAG🚩 I wasn't going to leave a review, but if this can help somebody from making a critical mistake like I did, It's worth it. I wasted 4 years with this Law Firm. I have never hired a lawyer before and had no idea what to expect. They continuously screwed up my case, with lost documents, e-mails, medical bills , medical records and even sent in for the wrong settlement amount and so many more observed things. The staff was very rude and would hang up on me and it would take weeks for someone to contact me back at times even more than a month. I finally just stopped calling so I could get it all documented in my email. I had asked multiple times and multiple people for years to allow me to talk to the owner Scott to get this fixed and they refused . I was told they would help me and they would for a little bit of time until I stepped away and then it would start all over again . I was passed back and forth to multiple lawyers, paralegals and whoever else they decided to pass my case off to . I was passed off to another lawyer Joe P. and had no idea for months . They did not call or email me to tell me that I was being represented by somebody else until I found out on my own . My first lawyer was kind but I didn't get to work with her very much. I really wish she would have followed through but does not work there anymore . I was happy to see her during my trial . She tried to help the lawyer who was working with me but he was so unorganized it was extremely embarrassing . I know the judge was getting very upset . We ended up losing a juror day one and the person who delivered my verdict was sleeping half the time and even said that he had a hard time hearing but they kept him . The lawyer who ended up losing my case screwed the whole trial up and did not represent me and did not ask the question I felt were pertinent to my case . During that time I was told to stop asking questions and let him do his job which he did NOT. I was told to lie to the court during the trial and to ask for a mistrial when he realized things were going downhill. For 2 years I ran my own case making my own doctor's appointments, calling around getting information because of their lack competence. During my trial they made a mockery out of me. I was so embarrassed I couldn't even look at anybody. I am a disabled veteran and have a lot of health problems. Do not let them send you to a chiropractor if you can help it. I did not know it would ruin my case. I was doing what they told me because I trusted them . They then made the whole courtroom believe that the law firm and the chiropractor we're working together . This is no way to treat anybody with disabilities, it's hard enough to make it through a regular day on top of some injury as critical as mine. I ended up having neck surgery and in the end they told me it was going to happen anyway because I'm disabled and have neck problems. MEDICAL DISCRIMINATION!!! My lawyer did not defend me, he threw me under the bus. I had slipped in a very well known grocery store where I know they hid the evidence with the cameras. There were cameras surrounding the area but they said out of the whole store where they followed me in the video they could not see me in that one critical location .This is not the first time it happened in the store and my lawyer refused to bring this up. They did the exact same thing to me that they did somebody else. My lawyer told me the manager of the store was the one who found the substance, but the story changed while he testified. I have ZERO faith in Lawyers. My lawyer and the lawyer who was representing this store are previous colleagues and apparently good friends . I can only speculate those two were working together . Especially since he was standing at our table reading my lawyer's notes and he did nothing about it. I haveZERO faith in the court system and lawyers after this experience. I pray I never have to go through this again. There's no way I'm going to get my time, integrity or money back. Monge and Associates you should be ashamed of this Law Firm!

I Was worried At frist but ...After putting my trust In my case Manger Mrs Christina she cares even when ur Aniexty from the Accident have u thinking other wise she cares for you...more Than u think iam so glad I reach out to them...they be Working very hard even When u Think they dnt cause they dnt talk to u everyday.They have more than u you take care of.......that dnt mean they dnt feel your pains and Aniexty..and dnt care for you..give them a chance thier all An amazing Team...I would recommend them to Anyone may God keep blessing All of them
