BEWARE OF SCAMS!! Do not use this company. Scott is very nonchalant. They are not reputable and these comments have to be bots!!! I have to literally call them for them to move forward with my case and even then no progress at all. I completed the chiropractor, MRI, hospital and every other necessary step on my end for my personal injury. I have literally been going through so many motions with them almost over a year. I have had to switch attorneys, client help groups and now I’m about to have to completely switch law offices. They are rude and nonchalant. I call to reach someone of “importance” to handle a matter and everything is still unresolved and they are very nonchalant. I am fed up completely with Scott Monge, Ken Letsch, Jeffrey Parris, and the rest of these lazy, non-professional “attorneys”… don’t bring your case to them they will not fight for you and they will not take you seriously. When I say I can’t get in contact with anyone regarding anything LITERALLY! The receptionist are not knowledgeable and cannot help with anything either. It’s to the point I literally had to find these people’s personal phone numbers online and call them. This is utterly ridiculous. My accident was in 2021 here we are heading into 2023 and these people are off no help. Literally my accident was a hit and run I provided them more than enough evidence to prove that it was, even though APD did not include that information in my police report out of pure laziness. They provided 2 hours of bodycam footage to these attorneys insinuating that this woman was under the influence and left the scene of an accident. They will not fight for you even with all the necessary evidence. These people are just trying to collect money and string people along. I am fed up!! (Now they sent me a message saying they are “no longer representing me”) … after a year of rigmarole!!! Great you should have been done that!! Contact me if you need proof and documentation of those involved and I will give you an in depth review because it is too much to be typed. This company is just a big name but behind the scenes they are not reputable.
