Beware of this law firm to represent you. My experience was terrible using Monge and Associates. When I initially hired them for a car accident the other party was solely at fault, camera footage of accident of them hitting my car. The first representative was a female Ms Crawley that investigated me instead of representing me and my bodily injury. It took two years to finally accept a settlement that was already offered to me two years ago. The monies for the settlement to me was with funds misused and they do not itemize the charges that they take out without giving accurate rates of what is actually charged by others that was about my case. would

Monte & Associates really didn't deserve this one star. I've had 2 different attorneys. They never return your calls and doesn't answer the phone. They told me that I had 1,000.00 left after my settlement and they still haven't even paid me that yet. They just kept my money and no one will call me back! Never again!! I guess they needed the money. Hope you got what you needed out of that smh. I really regret taking my case to this firm. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

This wanna be law firm does not care about you, make no mistake about it, all they care about is how much $$$ they can get out of your case so I'm here to help you. Don't help an attorney get paid, if you have an open and shut car accident case, believe me you can get paid alot quicker by dealing with the insurance adjuster yourself. Just stick to your number and the adjuster will eventually meet you there.
