I have had accidents before and I have had lawyers but, I have never had a company care about you and your family like Scott Monge and company. They ensured I received top service and that I was made whole. I'm grateful for Scott and I pray I never need them again BUT, if there comes a time that I do I will NO DOUBT choose Scott Monge AGAIN!!! Thank you for your service!!!!

Where can I start had a previous attorney which was a disaster left for communication problem switch to Monge and associates from the day I call felt a relief my case manager Jennifer Harris promise me she was going to be better than my first and she kept her words return all my calls even after hours answers all my ?? This was my first time ever being in need of a personal injury attorney and Mary Beth Snyder did not disappoint. I felt like she and monge and associates as a whole really cared about me and fighting to get me what I deserved in my settlement. Very happy with my case and experience.

They didn't keep in contact with me about anything I always had to call and update and get updates. Then when we finished and finalized everything they didn't pay for the medical part and didn't call and tell me! I had to find out and call them! Horrible way to handle cases ...just Horrible.

I have never worked or experienced such a GREAT group of people. Mr Monge is the most thoughtful and kind CEO that I have had the pleasure to work for. He personally followed up with my wife while I was in the hospital battling Covid for 6 weeks. He also personalized a book cover to me as a token of appreciation for my hard work, which features inspirational quotes which have helped me become a better employee and person. We spend a lot of time with the people we work with so it is important that the atmosphere is pleasant. Monge & Associates is a very family oriented place. I feel like I am at home at work. I was gifted a book for christmas that was entitled "Tia." I appreciated the book because it had so many inspirational quotes and it spoke mainly about gratitude. Good job Scott, as he continues to aim towards greatness and make the company better.
