Tom has handled two matters for my businesses that have both been successfully resolved. In one, a partial structural collapse of an office building roof support system led to litigation against a contractor, subcontractor and two insurance companies. Tom effectively kept pressure on all of these parties at the same time and forced their participation in a six-figure settlement after addressing the technical and forensic issues associated with the failure in ways that caused each to recognize their exposure. In the second matter, Tom brought about a recovery on a contract claim which ended up being just about 100% of what could have been recovered had the defendant properly exercised its rights under the agreement.
