I enlisted the services of Attorney Orgesi Pandeli with the Firm Alien Attorney Atlanta Firm to navigate the complexities of my citizenship application process. Initially, I had high hopes given online "fake" reviews and reputation and apparent expertise in immigration law. However, my experience quickly soured due to their unprofessional conduct. The pinnacle of my disappointment came when Mr.Pandeli failed to appear for arguably the most critical juncture of my application journey—the citizenship interview. Despite assurances and promises of thorough preparation, their absence left me stranded and unrepresented, scrambling to salvage the situation on my own. This glaring lapse not only jeopardized my chances of a successful outcome but also shattered my trust in their competence and commitment to my case. Communication throughout the ordeal was sparse and inadequate, leaving me feeling neglected and abandoned during a time of immense significance. In the aftermath of this ordeal, I was left with no choice but to seek alternative representation to rectify the situation—a costly and stressful endeavor that could have been avoided with proper diligence and professionalism on Mr.Pandeli's part. I would caution anyone considering Mr.Pandeli for their immigration needs to proceed with caution and thoroughly evaluate their reliability and dedication to client care. Red flag (I missed) when you can only input your information and the attorney does not have a brick and mortar office and you don't know where to find them and you are only told "we are in the Metro area. Pros: Nothing to write home about. Cons: Failure to attend crucial citizenship interview. Poor communication and follow-up. Lack of accountability and professionalism. PS: I have reported the issue to the state Bar Association and am awaiting a favorable ruling.

I decided to go with this firm because of the reviews, after paying the fees it’s like they forgot about me. I have contacted them numerous time ( at least 15 times) the only response I’ll get is “the attorney is currently with a client, he will contact you soon as he finish” Hopefully this review will turn them onto my case once again. It has been about a month and I have called them at least 15 times. don’t wast your time

What great people the guys at alien attorney! Focused to the issue resolution and ensure you get best service ! I had applied for citizenship earlier in previous years and was declined ! This time I researched and found them and asked for an interview with Mr Pandeli (the best immigration attorney, in my humble view). We had a telephonic interview and then I hired there services! The process began and then they kept me updated about the process ! We had a separate chat page to discuss matters and finally applied for the citizenship again through “alien attorney”. Ms Emerson and Mr Pandeli helped me every time and even in preparing for the citizenship interview. I had a conference call with Mr Pandeli which lasted almost 20 mins and was in minute detail.
