After years of our marriage-based green card application being stuck in limbo, we decided to enlist the help of an immigration attorney. We reached out to Alien Attorney and after a 30-minute call with Mr. Pandeli, we decided on a course of action. They filed some documents on our behalf, and, lo and behold, a few weeks later we received notification that our interview with USCIS had been scheduled. Mr. Pandeli thoroughly prepared us for the “removal of conditions” interview, so that we would feel confident during this big event. Much to our relief, the interview was a success and we were approved for permanent residency on the spot. We are very satisfied with the work done by the Alien Attorney team, and would recommend them to other couples who are feeling lost or frustrated with the US immigration process.

My experience with Alien Attorney and Attorney Pandeli in particular has been abysmally disappointing. He initially presented himself as a fellow immigrant who understands what immigrants go through. He was hired for that reason and my believe in his competence. After realizing several inconsistencies in addressing my issue, I became suspicious. His lack of prompt response and callous way of addressing my issues prompted me to discharge him and his organization. I have requested a refund of money already paid to him for service he did not render. I’m yet to see my refund. He sounds like a good person initially, but I’m afraid, sounding good can be deceptive. I’m sorry I will not recommend him and his company as competent and experienced. Buyer beware!
