William is an excellent attorney. My family and I hired William in 2003 for my case. William knows military law. I give William the upmost respect. if it was not for William I would not have retired from the active duty army 7 years ago and maintain my benefits which allowed me to graduate from college and get a great job after my retirement. I owe this all to William. My family still to this day tells me he was a God send.

After being blind sided with an investigation from the United States Air Force I had no idea where to turn. I was a 4 year enlisted Airman who had never been in trouble /never been issued a piece of paperwork and felt helpless. I Googled Court Martial Experts called around and Mr. Cassara was the only lawyer who would even agree to meet with me. He was extremely easy to work with and at no point did I ever feel left out of my court martial process. I served overseas as an American Soldier. Feb 2013 I served a prison sentence for crimes I never committed under UCMJ until my release in Aug 2014. My family contacted the firm of Mr. Cassara and my case was overturned Aug 2015. Afterwards I was returned to active duty as a result and honorably discharged Apr 2016.

Bill was great, positive from the beginning my case would be successful, he is a true professional that knows how to work the Military Courts in your favor, if I ever have a case in the future, the only one I will call is Bill Cassara.

Mr. Cassara accomplished everything he set out to do in my case. Upon finding myself under investigation for G Rap allegations I hired him. At that point in time I had little confidence that my case was going to end up positive. He expeditiously reviewed my case and quickly drafted a contract with an objective of pre-indictment negotiation. They then set out to turn my reputation around with the justice department and negotiated a proffer agreement. The outcome of his efforts resulted in an avoidance of indictment altogether and was resolved with a pre-trial diversion. Thanks to the efforts of Mr. Cassara and Mr. Carl Lietz I can now get my life back together and moving forward. If you are seeking a very good lawyer I highly recommend Mr. Cassara- especially if you are being investigated for G Rap.

I cannot recommend Mr. Cassara enough. He is realistic, responds to emails quickly and answers questions truthfully. Do not go in front of a board without him. His experience was a make or break for me and I would not have been granted a change on my dd-214 without him with me at my hearing.
