Jessica Lugo is a very kind and diligent. But everything went terrible when my case was passed to the attorney. First of all I never spoke with the attorney; it was only with his assistant: Lauren Williams very sarcastic, doesn’t let you finish your thought before she is responding, will tell you everything to hang up on you. And no one else follow up on me, I was stuck with her Early in the process I expressed to her my concern of my bills not going to collection and affecting my credit score, she told more than 5 times not to worry about it. The hospital told me that they could put my account on hold if the lawyer office sent them a letter. She refused to follow up with the hospital to put the account on hold and told me again not to worry about it. After my credit dropped 56 point and I call her she changes the story to “you are responsible for your bills, the only way they would not affect your credit was if you pay for it ”. Never trust what she says. My compensation after the bills were paid was ridiculously low, since the lawyer takes 40% of the total before the bills are paid, so he ended up getting weight more than me. I’m so glad is over.
