I hired Jacque in 2017 for a case my daughter was involved in, it was huge and complicated. Being it was 2,181 days before it went to court (yes, 6 years) I had begun to lose hope in her being able to remain “jail/prison free”. GOD knew what he was doing, he used Jacque as his vessel because GOD knew only Jacque could do what needed to be done! There was a lot of “out of the ordinary” things going on with the case that held it up for so long, BUT then GOD and Jacque got it into court and essentially got my daughter OUT OF TROUBLE!! On May 7th of last year, I was involved in an accident with a driver who was heavily intoxicated. This individual previously had multiple DUI's prior to my accident, so the world is very fortunate someone has not yet been killed. When the accident occurred, I was turning left at a red light in Grovetown, when out of nowhere this individual slammed into the front quarter panel of my truck. He was running about 55 miles per hour at the time, ran the light, struck us & spun us facing the opposite direction, only to keep rolling before coming to a stop further down the road. Luckily, the good Lord was watching over us as I slammed on brakes just in time to prevent a full on t-bone, which likely would have caused much more severe injuries to myself & my girlfriend's 10 year old son. Coupled with some trusty Toyota engineering, we were fortunate enough to walk away with mostly minor injuries. The good Lord above was watching out for us, and are blessed to be alive. With that said, I DID sustain a lingering injury to my shoulder, which after evaluation & attempts to remedy without surgery, had to eventually be operated on (labral tears & inflammation). I'm still currently in physical therapy, trying to regain full mobility and strength, as close to 100% as possible. Before the accident, I never realized what "pain & suffering" truly meant. Rental vehicle costs, time off from work & lost wages, not being able to do things for months post surgery that I took for granted before the accident, physical therapy, constant stress while driving through red lights now, plus much more, all become very apparent once you are dealt this hand. Post accident has mostly been a royal pain in the butt…EXCEPT for the exceptional help I’ve received from Jacque Hawk and the personal injury attorneys in Augusta, @ the Hawk Firm. He, and his awesome team, especially his paralegal Ms. Amy Fraraccio, have been exceedingly helpful in taking care of my legal needs. Super nice, and always willing to answer questions, not a week has gone by that Amy has not gathered information from my doctors/therapists, my employer, or kept in contact with whomever she needed to in order to collect all pertinent information to help me going forward. She has been AWESOME with keeping me up-to-date on all proceedings & Jacque has a true gem on his hands!
