The team at Ward and Spires first helped me to get a fresh start financially in 2017. I was in debt and my phone rang constantly with threats from debt collectors. Every day my stress level rose until Mr. Ward explained my options and asked me my goals. He quickly stopped all calls and actions and ensured I had a plan that worked for me and that I understood the process. Now they have come to my aid again in the process of selling my home while in active bankruptcy. I highly reccomend Ward and Spires to anyone facing financial hardships. Quite literally made my bankruptcy proceeding a breeze. I was apprehensive on filing at first, but after Joe Spires walked me through everything and explained it in plain English, I was fully confident. Fast forward a few weeks, I filed, had my bankruptcy hearing a week or two later, and the whole process was painless and quick. I probably spent a total of an hour in their office to make the whole process happen. Great firm, great people, courteous, understanding and responsive. Would highly recommend. I will be calling on them indefinitely for any of my legal needs in the future.

Mr. Spires is wonderful.... he stays on top of things and is so patient and caring when it comes to the millions of questions you may have concerning your case.... Worst experience ever. I had a simple traffic ticket that i needed to appear in court for but i don't live in Georgia so my wife called Clay Ward. He agreed to take the case and i paid him that day. Didn't hear from him after the court date and got a failure to appear in the mail 5 days afterwards. Called their office and they were claiming that I didn't pay. I sent them proof then secretary calls me back and says they'll take care of it. I asked to speak with Clay Ward but he never called to talk to me. He made a new court date and handle it but I only found out this information through the Clerk at the courthouse. To this day his office never called me to tell me the result. Now I have a FTA on my record
