This firm is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them if you are looking for a response within 2 weeks. Today I spoke with Alexia Davis and she was not helpful at all. I received a citation in Sept and I called for assistance and pricing on 10.04.22. I also left all information that was requested to leave and was informed that I would get a call back. A week goes by and I hear nothing from anyone. I call to get an update and their only response is that they have court 2 days out of the week and ''have been busy and someone will contact me''. I told the rep "No Problem, I understand" another week goes by and still nothing but this time I'm told that my fee would be $650 and I will get a call back from an attorney. Now it's week 3 and the week of my court date. My court date was on yesterday 10.26.22 and I still have heard nothing from anyone at this firm. Today I called to get an update on why I never received a call back in regards to my citation. Alexia Davis response was , I have been busy in court; reads my ticket to me and informs me that my fee would be $750. I then asked why was I informed of two different fees, totaling a $100 difference and again is there a reason that no one contacted me in regards to this matter before my court date..... She then said I sounded frustrated and she will not be able to help me with my case. The assistance that I needed was on yesterday 10.26.22 when I had to appear in court. I am very, very unhappy with the treatment that I received from Alexia Davis. I would not recommend this firm to anyone, especially those in need of respectful and honorable representation.

Next time advise the receptionist to ask jurisdiction before scheduling a consultation that cost 150 dollars I'm already struggling I don't have money just to be told maybe you need an sc lawyer

I literally tried to contact at least 20 attorneys in the Augusta ga area for my case ,and Kimberly wilder was the only 1 that returned my call… she is the ultimate professional and she is the best attorney that I’ve dealt with… she is very informative she returns your calls and messages in a quick timely manner and she fights for you in the courtroom like no other… hopefully I want need her again… but if I do she’s on speed dial… best lawyer ever!!
