They never called me back or answered my questions

I really tried to give them a chance. I called months ago requesting to set up a consultation for a straightforward case. I need some paperwork amended, and neither party is in disagreement about the changes. However, after almost a month of no callback, I called again and left another message. Once again no callback, and another month has passed. If you don’t have time for new cases, your receptionist should do a courtesy callback informing people of that. I tried to ignore the few negative comments, but I should’ve listened. I understand lawyers are busy, but my time is just as valuable as yours.
