I worked with this law firm recently when we had a traffic accident. They were helpful and resolved my car wreck by having me compensated for the total loss of my vehicle. I've worked with other law firms who frankly, left me feeling frustrated as things dragged on for an extended period of time with no resolution. I highly recommend David Eichholz because he seems to be very compassionate.

Regardless of getting or not getting Disability ( or how long it takes) If you are in fact moderately to severely sick and have nobody that will deal with ALL of the paperwork - and you'd like to have at least a lawyer who knows what he /she is doing and one who listens - this is NOT the firm for you.
They would like you to do all of their work for them instead of having power of attorney and doing it for you because presumably you're very sick. So find a firm who does that.

My wife was involved in a rollover accident in 2019. Her Case Manager Rachel Thomas apprised her of the legal process and continued to reach out to provide updates on her case and answer any questions or concerns that arose. During the pandemic Rachel never missed a beat she continued to check on my wife and family while providing applicable legal information.
Based on the experience we had with Eichholz Law Firm I would highly recommend them.
